Nike Air Max 90 Pecan/Black

The Air Max 90 is by far one of Nike's best shoes in my opinion. This classic design is synonymous amongst sneakerheads everywhere. That being said, when new colorways drop they aren't around very long. I suspect the same from the latest drop which features pecan leather, black trim, and strong royal blue accents. A must have for Air Max 90 lovers out there.

Now available at Titolo.

Air Jordan 3 Retro - White/Cement

Just a week ago we saw the much hyped release of the Air Jordan XI "Cool Greys". Now the Jordan Brand is at it again with another stellar release. The Air Jordan 3 is quite possibly one of my favorite shoes. Its symbolic of everything I love about shoes and basketball all rolled into one. They remind me of my youth and the golden era of basketball. Like 1988 when MJ was rockin these all the way to a win at the Slam Dunk Contest. Classic!

Even if you aren't a Jordan fan I think this is a must have shoe for your collection. They will be available at select retailers on 1/22/11 for $150. Are you going to cop a pair?

Air Jordan XI "Cool Grey" Release

So... If you need to be reminded about this release today I'm guessing you wont have a pair. One of the most popularized Jordan shoes hit retailers today for a much anticipated re-release. Since its OG debut in 2001, this shoe has been iconic amongst sneakerheads and shoe enthusiast around the world. This is easily the most hyped sneaker release of the year. And for a measly $175, you can pick up arguably the best pair of Jordans ever made. That being said, will you be cool in grey today?

Nike Sportswear - Women's Premium Print Pack

Nike Sportswear is definitely keeping it fresh for the ladies this Fall. Not only fresh but unique as well. The three shoes pictured above are all made in part with recycled magazines, shredded and reconvened to create the Flash Macro Premium, Blazer Mid Premium, and the Air Rift Premium.

Much like some of our processes at Kirin, each piece in this limited collection varies from one another. Due to the creative nature of this project the one-of-a-kind look of each shoe is very alluring. Finally ladies, a shoe made just for you! The Nike Sportswear Women's Premium Print Pack will be available at several premium retail locations in Europe, China, and choice locations in the states starting January 1st, 2011.

New Balance H710 Ivy League Collection

We all know and love the timeless look of the New Balance shoe. So, its only right that they take it back with their new Ivy League Collection. The line is inspired by early 1960's fashion at prep schools such as Princeton, Yale, Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, Columbia, Havard, and Penn.

Each H710 shoe represents a school through its corresponding colorway and tongue tag. A few of the kicks in this collection feature the "hiker book look" that seems to be taking over right now. Needless to say New Balance is paying attention to whats currently trending. Overall, a very cool line. Extremely versatile Fall shoe. We can dig it... What do you think?

Swizz Beatz x Reebok "Grape Juice"

Last month we gave you a glimpse at the Swizz Beatz x Reebok collaboration shoe. Now, a new colorway has emerged and its kind of killin the others. Swizz dropped these gems via his twitter page yesterday as further proof that his Reebok collabo is going to be well worth the wait. Still no release date but the anticipation is building. Good marketing job by Mr. Alicia Keys and Reebok. So what do you guys think? Grape Juice anyone???

Nike Air Royal Mid "Your Time Will Come"

A few months ago we featured the Nike Sportswear x Harris Tweed Air Royal which generated quite a buzz. Today we bring you yet another standout this time from the Spring 2011 Air Royal collection. A solid colorway with strong boot aesthetics, this shoe features rich tan leather, a wheat upperdeck, and the slogan of the shoe tagged on the tongue. Nice kicks that are both casual and street. We like...

Stussy X Nike All Court Mid Supreme

As a part of the 30th Anniversary Collection, legendary streetwear brand Stussy has teamed up with Nike to create the All Court Mid Supreme in Mysto Blue. The black leather version leaked a few days ago but I have to say, I like this colorway better. The shoe is very vibrant and features a brown suede reptilian-style swoosh, white sole, and mysto blue fabric. Such a great all purpose shoe. No release date just yet but there will be limited run so stay tuned for more details.

With one look at this sneaker its an immediate success as it mimics the highly popular Nike Dunk. The shoe features rich leather, a nylon panel, and camouflage accents on the interior of the sneaker. There are two colorways and both are available tomorrow at Foot Patrol and SIX FEET DOWN. Dope shoe.

Supreme Nike SB 94

There has been a lot of talk about the collabo shoe between Supreme and Nike. Sneakerheads have been waiting for this shoe for a while and the opinions range from dope to terrible. The Supreme Nike SB 94 is named after the brands founding year. If your wondering, the shoe will be released in early November in 4 colorways.

At first glance, I'm not crazy about this shoe. Its classic but at the same time a bit dull. That opinion may change when I see them in person. What do you guys think?

Dior Homme Sneakers

Dior Homme has really been holding it down with the kicks as of late. Kris Van Assche has taken it from futuristic, to casual, and back to streetwear, and we (along with our wallets) have followed him every step of the way. His latest shoe takes on a skater look and I have to say, I dig it. The multi colored leather/suede shoe does exactly what it should, take a simple design but make it look extraordinary. This shoe is very versatile. Its for the regular cat who loves kicks but also the Kanye's of the world. Whatever category you fall in, they are now available at Colette.

Sneaks Up

In my younger years I was quite the sneakerhead. Sitting in the parking lot of Sharpstown Mall in Houston at 6am was where you could find me. If a new pair of Jordans were coming out, that is. That being said, I pose a question. Ever envision a place where ALL your sneaker dreams would come true? I did... And I think I found it. Last week the Kirin Fam was in full effect at the fourth annual Sneaks Up Fest in San Antonio, Tx. The hour drive down IH-35 was well worth it to see some of the freshest kicks and coolest kids showcase their style.

The event was held at The Industry in east San Antonio. A fairly large venue that seemed small once filled with some of the illest kicks ever created. Jordans, dunks, creative recs, supra's, pumas, adidas, yeezy's, the list goes on. Sneakerheads brought out the best of their collections for show & sale. Prices were steep but almost expected when collectors are parting with their favorite shoes. I asked about a pair of Jordans (of course) that just so happened to be $1700. Yea... Needless to say I didnt leave with a pair of J's!

All the tastemakers were out and the networking was great. Designers, shop keeps, and even a few vendors packed the house. If you missed it hopefully you can make the Sneaker Pimps show in ATL. If not, don't miss Sneaks Up next year.
