Air Jordan XI "Cool Grey" Release

So... If you need to be reminded about this release today I'm guessing you wont have a pair. One of the most popularized Jordan shoes hit retailers today for a much anticipated re-release. Since its OG debut in 2001, this shoe has been iconic amongst sneakerheads and shoe enthusiast around the world. This is easily the most hyped sneaker release of the year. And for a measly $175, you can pick up arguably the best pair of Jordans ever made. That being said, will you be cool in grey today?

Flight Club NYC

If you love kicks the way we do at Kirin, Flight Club NYC is like heaven on earth. Housing over 1,300 pair of dope kicks and roughly 650 hats, FC is by far one of the greatest sneaker sanctuaries in the world. With almost all other locations in the US closed, FC NYC opened their doors on 8/30 and it's a must see if you are a sneakerhead. Its the type of place dreams are made of.

Kixpo 2010

We've been pretty busy lately but we had to make time to check out Dallas's premiere sneaker expo, Kixpo. The drive was long and the weather was about 10 degrees shy of Hades but it was still a great time. Sponsors such as Vitamin Water, Taco Bell and Scion were on hand giving out samples and celebrating the culture with the crowd. Check out our pics after the break. Shouts to Process817 , Garrett & the Love Supreme Dream crew.

Prime Time

Its extremely weird but I remember my school days by the women I dated and the shoes that came out. I can't explain it, that's just the way my mind works. That being said, 1993 was a dope year. My first year in middle school, dating Diana (and Angie), and rockin the first pair of signature shoes by sports icon Deion "Prime Time" Sanders. The original Nike Air Diamond Turf was, and still is, one of my favorite pair of shoes of all time. Everyone wanted them, everyone had them, and everyone bought each colorway that dropped. Thanks to the good folks over at Nike they are back!!! All the OG sneakerheads couldn't be more excited to see these kicks re-released from the Nike vault. I plan on picking up a pair this weekend for my collection and to heed the words of Souls of Mischief, "93 Til Infinity".
